Gordon has been a landlord since 1992. I had to do my first eviction in 1996. I didnt have the luxury of using an attorney so I had to figure out how to evict somebody by myself. I have learned alot about real estate investing over the last 18 years. I am sharing some of my knowledge with whoever wants it so they dont have to learn from the school of hard knocks like I did.
